Goblin Quest version 0.2.0

First (and quite likely only, unless significant issues arise!) major update for Goblin Quest, following feedback from a few initial players.  Some puzzles have been slightly modified, and some annoyances have been tweaked.

Further feedback is very welcome!  I'll be busy making my entry for the next Adventuron jam during the next few weeks, but am open to updating this game again down the road.
